KAR-PAC is a separate political action committee affiliated with the Korean American Republican Business Council. It provides eligible supporters with a compliant way to participate in the political process and support candidates and leaders aligned with the policy priorities of the Korean American business community.

Organizational Separation

KARBC membership and KAR-PAC contributions are separate.

KARBC is the business membership organization. KAR-PAC is the separate political action committee. Membership benefits, dues, sponsorships, organizational programs, and political contributions must be administered and communicated separately.

Membership is not a political contribution.Joining KARBC does not require or automatically include participation in KAR-PAC.

PAC participation is voluntary.Political contributions and participation must remain voluntary and subject to applicable eligibility requirements.

Separate payment and reporting systems.PAC contribution processing, records, receipts, and reporting should remain separate from KARBC membership transactions.

Compliance language controls.Final disclaimers, contribution limits, eligibility rules, and solicitation language must be approved by compliance counsel or the PAC administrator.
